Each order receives individual attention. Once your order is placed, our team carefully handpacks your selection within 1–2 business days.
Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day to ensure freshness and quality are never compromised.
2. Delivery Timelines
We partner only with trusted premium logistics providers to deliver your teas swiftly and securely.
- Within India: 7-10 business days.
- Remote Areas: 10-15 business days.
- International Deliveries: 15–20 business days (depending on customs and location).
Please note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or other external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
- Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India.
- For all international shipments, standard courier rates apply.
- All applicable shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout — no hidden costs.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your tea’s journey from our estate to your doorstep.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery
Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and contact number before placing your order.
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect details or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges apply.
